La Tana prepares the best recipes of Authentic Bergamo Cuisine, but above all it offers passion. That of Beppe, producer of Bresaola in Peghera, in Valtaleggio; That of the “Ladies”, who grow vegetables in Sforzatica; That of Silvio, a true Tuscan, who raises Chianine and Cinta Senese pigs in that paradise of the Valdichiana; di Francesco, a historic Piedmontese butcher, who selects meat only from local farms. And all the other IGP, DOP, DOCG products from Slow Food presidium, chosen with respect for the land and tradition.
